You can still get party members in TxS, it says so in the description. It just takes the difficulty of Maso and can change the locations of the effigies

Randomising Effigies locations is a very good idea, it will bring greater challenge into finding them and give greater replayability Good work on this one

It's an idea I've had since early development, but it has always been intimidating idea to make 3 whole new optional areas for the game that would be roughly as feature rich as the current effigy dungeons/areas. But as this update dragged on, suddenly it wasn't such a distant dream anymore, so yeah, here we are. I think it'll definitely impact replayability. Although it's not the only thing, there are few other things in there too that might be cool.

Really glad to have back a random component to runs besides loot rolls. It really makes reruns more interesting instead of making the same decisions over and over again. I guess for accessibility having the option to select the sets is alright.

Sets were mostly done for speedrunning purposes. Some areas can be clearly shorter than others so randomisation would instantly break a run. Otherwise I'd recommend just playing standard randomised set.

Oooo, terror and starvation will be nice. I like the standard difficulty, but it definetly felt a bit too easy after a single playthrough. Maso mode is fun and all, but the solo run restriction usually means I'm only playing it if I want a serious challenge. The Set A, B, and standard options seem like they'll be very nice for making the game more enjoyable to replay. Looking forward to the update!
