I've owned the 200 in Aquamarine since May of last year and it's just the perfect summer watch. Incredibly comfortable, and despite it not being a chronometer, it only gains about +1 sec/day. Can't recommend it enough.

For the price given the finish and the features in a very crowded market I think this Doxa is definitely worth a look. I might not be in the market for another diver right now but if I was I would consider trying it at an AD. Many thanks for sharing Guy,

Thanks for taking a look at this underrated watch. I recall hearing the initial versions had mediocre lume, but the last two reviews I have seen indicated solid lume. Hopefully they really improved it over time. I am thinking about one of these, but am torn between the professional and Aquamarine.

Not a 20mm lug width as you state. It’s a 19mm lug width with a bracelet that tapers out to 20mm. Odd but true! … your right though on the lume on the bezel is pretty much nonexistent but it’s supposed to be lumed!🤷🏼‍♂️

I own one in yellow. The most comfortable watch I have. I do agree the clasp should, not could be better. Still an outstanding watch. Buying the rubber as an extra strap is not an option as it's hideously over priced

The dimensions are weird. 42mm diameter is perfect for a men's sports watch but 46mm lug to lug is really short. Even stranger, the bracelet is 20mm but the lug width is 19mm !

Doxa's relation to the original watch brand with that name is pretty tenuous. Get a San Martin or a Seestern in that style and save some money.

I completely agree! I have several nice dive watches. Helm Miyako, Tudor BB58 and Tudor GMT, Blancpain Fifty Fathoms and a white dial Omega Seamaster Professional 300M. Of all of them only the Omega has a flat sapphire and it’s the only one that is unapologetically modern. The Blancpain is my grail and I’m still in honeymoon phase 9 years after I bought it. I also love all of the others mentioned but I do wish more brands would do flat sapphire. I think brands could still call back to their heritage while also giving us a flat sapphire. All of mine are immensely legible but the double domed vintage inspired sapphire seems a bit tooooooo ubiquitous at this point.

Looks cheap,the metal is too shiny and the clasp is stamped, not a fan you can get much better finishing, bracelet and quality from CW for less money and a five year warranty. For me there's no debate this is poor quality

The cheapest CW Trident Diver on a bracelet is $1095, basically the same price. Not less money. Is it better? Objectively speaking I’d say some of the specs are better. 300m of WR for one. But the Doxa isn’t poor quality, have you ever seen one in person and worn it? And saying it looks cheap and is too shiny is an opinion, which you’re welcome to have, but it is a subjective complaint that doesn’t prove that there’s a quality problem.

For my taste Zodiac Super Sea Wolf(can get one for around 1k$ easily)is better than Sub200 as a whole package,better bracelet with stretch system,here the clasp is a dissapointment.The movement is debatable but I own 4 Stp's without problems,had 4 Sellitas and 2 broke-no rule for this.
