@@radasez i agree the black dollar is powerful. so powerful that it's said that we would equal something like number 12 in world economic power. Where we disagree is i don't believe in the the black monolith of spending my just because it's from a black person. I need quality. case in point you believe Netflix lowballed her. the only she has carried on her own was fat girls, which made 12m world wide(2006). do you know that she had a comedy for Amazon prime in 2016. that no one watched. hell the show time show she did a few months ago didn't draw either and that's after all of this hype and support from the black community. another point for Netflix. this isn't hard evidence but most black folks i know in nyc that have Netflix share one laid account. i see 8 or 9 on one paid account. from a business standpoint why would Netflix pay her for a audience that doesn't even buy their product. help i use my home girl's account. just because I can. from a business standpoint she doesn't deserve the money from Netflix. I understand you disagree. if you can come up with a logical reason for business to pay someone 10m when they only make the 1m?

I LOOOOOOVE Mo'Nique. she's always been funny as hell. it's just not the right audience to understand the jokes. i feel, by the way she is delivering her jokes, she isn't feeling the audience either.

As a side note to "what's up with this crowd"... she is dressed just so beautifully. Look at this elegant color, design, the hair, the jewelry... Chef's kiss! No notes! It's so rare to see a comedian doing standup dressed so tastefully and formally!

Burning Asrun there’s a difference between punching up and punching down, as well as negative vs positive. You can make jokes about race without them being racist, and the fact that you think the only option is to be a piece of shit is very telling

God I love Monique 😂 She’s such a great storyteller and her voice changes are always so funny to me. The comparisons between men, women, races, etc. are my favorite. *Side note: Idk why so many of the audiences in these ‘Just For Laughs’ clips literally never laugh?? You’ve got so many great talents on stage and those humorless mannequins are killing the vibe!!
