Unfortunately, I wouldn't get your hopes up, I heard Toei's very strict about Power Rangers and Super Sentai not getting animated adaptations. Video games are different, before anyone brings those up.

Does Toei actually have any authority over the Power Rangers franchise? I thought the rights to them and the Super Sentai rights were two different things, at least when it comes solely to the Power Rangers IP being used for something without the Sentai footage (like the movies, comics, games, etc.). If an animated movie were proposed, I think it would just need Hasbro's greenlight to happen.

​@@mr_lrb6879 Well, given the Power Rangers and Super Sentai series are basically one and the same, Toei would probably be included in any consultations, especially if they have any intent to show the film in Japan at all _(as was the case with the 2017 Power Rangers reboot)._ And I'm not sure how much sway Hasbro would have in the conversation since DC has its own in-house animation studio that would probably be used for the project, and they would probably end up using the voices of the actors from the 2017 Saban reboot to reprise their roles here, in the event of an animated film feature... not really sure where Hasbro gets their foot in the door.

All of you give me the chance to know about old and new stories from my favorite series and even inspire/influence my own ideas for my own stories. What I liked was that this crossover didn't make one team look weak to make the other look better by comparison. Both teams got to show readers why they deserve to be read. It was the best Justice League story I have seen in ages. Despite Batman being OP in neutralizing a fully armored and powered up Ranger.

That's true and even if that wasn't the case, in-canon Trini practises Kung Fu. Some Kung Fu styles include weapons training (including the dao which is close enough in shape to the katana). It's entirely plausible she has some skill with swords.

still it kinda makes you wonder how it aligns with the omega ranegrs and encessary evil arc. still i wish the comcis focused more on teams ASIDE of the MMPR team. only "Beyond the Grid" did it (by the way Heckyl becoming the dark ranger is canon to me for tv continuity with tyler's dad inheriting the silver rnager powers (as reference to sentai) and chase's girlfriend inheritng the aqua power ranger powers and ejoying a lot travelling to space with the plesiozord). AND that arc just went on its own direction witht he "residue" rangers who were left as "echoes" after the multiverse reboot but got frustrating because i bawas abrely invested in the "pirates from the space attackign them"

I'm not even that big of a Power Rangers fan but this crossover was awesome. Alpha verbally smacking down Brainiac was cool enough, but him growing and punching a monster in the face caused me to ascend to some kind of nirvana. Kinda wish it didn't have the cliffhanger ending, though.

A part of me can’t help but wonder if this timeline this was the rangers final battle with Zedd. If so then that’s interesting considering the original team and Tommy’s team didn’t really have a final battle with Rita or Zedd.

Also nice to see a crossover where the villains don't double-cross each other. Helps that neither had goals that came into conflict with the other and when all was said and done they could just go back to their plans without any resistance.
