Problem is that his dates calls him out. For sol or standard of learning tests are taken in May which is at the end of the year not in September being the 11th. That would be with in the first 4 weeks of the year

People really do test judges. It doesn’t matter what your personal beliefs on them are, do not test them. The majority are actually really good and patient but they deal with thousands of people, including jurors, pro se people, prisoners and the worst, attorneys. The judge I work for sanctioned a petitioner for a restraining order that he tried serving himself and assaulted the defendants before the hearing. He was sanctioned because he emailed insulting things to the judge’s staff, wouldn’t stop cussing/threatening the defendants after being told to stop several times and finally the judge had to impose attorneys fees as a punishment for that behavior and muted him. Attorneys argue with judges all the time but some take it too far and start insulting either the judge, their staff and jurors and that sets many judges I know off. Criminals are funny, the stupid ones at least. They will argue with a judge the way they argued with their teachers and parents, that is a one way ticket to getting held in contempt of court and is legally punishable. They always make it worse for themselves.

Three way tie between: The lady who said a squirrel caused her to hydroplaned her van with her disabled child in it when she already told the cop she was on her phone. The lady that argued with the judge. Not for the ticket, because she did it; but that there was NO way to get out of this shopping center without using the 'suicide lane.' Loudly and angerly. And wanted the judge to admit it. This was after winning the civil case and with her insurance; The other car was moving while she was still waiting for a chance to merge when it hit her's. She had the folder. Didnt even get a chance to show her evidence. The Foot/Eye doctor who complained about serving on a jury because her patients would be 'In Pain' if she took time off. Judge scolded her and indicated everyone else took time off. While defense/prosecutor went through 10+ people for various reasons, she was never dismissed. Don't be self important.

Had a rape/murder trial that was easy to solve--the perp dropped his wallet with ID between the dead girl's legs. He claimed her turned down her "proposition" as he was a righteous guy, she flew at him with a knife, he took it away from her and she ran into it--17 times, front and back. The DA, in his summation, commented "She must have had a terrible sense of direction!" Vulva: I testified that I'd found semen on the victim's vaginal swabs. At least 2 different cases the defense attorneys asked if the semen was from a male, and how I knew. Pee: Had a juror with a stomach bug crap herself thoroughly in the box during the trial. The juror was excused and an alternate "seated"--but refused, The bailiff had to get another chair.
