I have no doubt that Justin is a thoughtful, caring guy, but this "story" is clearly fiction. The most obvious clue is that if the plane was delayed for hours Justin would not sit in the airport scrolling through his phone. Not to mention that it's very unlikely that he would be traveling by himself. Celebrities of Justin's status would have at least an assistant or two, and security.
