I drove drunk once in my life. I made it about 8 houses down, turned the hell around and went straight back to my friend's house to spend the night and sober up. It's not worth it. I could get hurt and, more importantly, other people could get hurt. To this day, I still even feel bad about driving drunk for those couple minutes. It's so incredibly easy _not_ to do.

I don't condone DUI at all, but it's even worse when you are so rich that you can afford to hire a limo service any night you want to go out. Forget about a cab or an Uber, you can *NOT* get arrested in style. Even if you drove there and parked in a tow-away zone, get a ride and deal with those consequences the next day. It's still better than a DUI.

That’s the only reason (not an excuse) I could think of for why he did. He probably drove out with his nice car, got drunk, and while intoxicated (and not of sound mind) he didn’t want to leave his car and thought he could drive it. My question is, why was he by himself? Most celebrities don’t go out by themselves (if not with friends, they usually have staff, like assistants or bodyguards, with them). Shouldn’t the person or party who was accompanying/meeting him stop him from either drinking (if he was going to drive home) or driving (since he was drunk)? Whoever he was out with failed him. (Again, not excusing what he did. It happened so now he has to pay the consequences. It could’ve been much worse for him [hitting someone and winding up in jail, court, and prison].)

Anyone driving under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or both is a piece of crap regardless of their income level. If you can't afford a ride share sleep it off in the parking lot. I'll tell you this, being rich adds something extra to the situation because if you are a celebrity, you might convince yourself the cops well let you go after they recognize who you are. Thinking that way will make you more likely to take the risk of getting behind the wheel when you shouldn't.

Tim is not not well light and he’s getting what he deserved because he knew he shouldn’t have been drinking you know Gail King she oughta go in the closet and hide herself for defending him a person for drunk, and she oughta be ashamed to herself or even doing that because if that would’ve been in the day, he probably would’ve killed somebody, if that was any of us got caught drinking we would’ve gotten some serious trouble for so he’s getting everything. It sucks that JT’s so problematic because his music is so good. He needs to get himself together not only for himself but for his children, admit that he’s the one who let Janet get blacklisted from MTV just for a wardrobe malfunction and split up with Jessica Biel for infidelity.
