The oatmeal cream pies are already very sweet so I would cut back on the amount of sugar in the topping so that it's not cloying. The presentation is attractive.

Looks good 😋 It reminded me of being kid visiting my grandparents in the mountains. We weren't allowed to have alot of sweets or sodas, but we went to visit we got a snack & soda before bed. Most chose a moonpie. Not me It was always an oatmeal cream pie with a Dr Pepper!! It's weird how the Dr Pepper tasted so different (better) back then. My dad said it's because back then they were made there and they used mountain spring water. Happy 4th 🎊❤️🤍💙

Actually I’m going to try it with just the oatmeal pie bottom crust only ( those thick side pieces are just too much) and then pour the cheesecake over it. It looks good but way too sweet. But it is beautiful and would probably be perfect for parties!

You used liquid measuring cups for sugar. The glass ones are for liquid. This looks delicious and you made the Carmel topping. Add the vanilla after you take the sauce off the heat
