The song is called Episode 0, and is a cover of GACKT. Gackt is a Japanese composer, vocalist, and multi-instrumentalist. WGB makes a much better version than the original. Daishinnenkai is the Wagakki Band's New Year's concert, which has become a tradition since 2015.
