Rowan, go buy some damprid, that will take care of any moisture in your van. Walmart and Home Depot carry it. We use it in our RV and it works great. You will never have to worry about condensation.

Buy some Damp Rid to put in your Van. Put it in different spots and you won't have to worry about condensation or mold. Other vanlifers do this.

dangerous to swallow plastic or wooden chunks, mega vet bill to remove, been there, done that. even rawhide or pigs ears can cause choaking problems. i had one dog chipped a molar tooth chewing on “greenies”.

Please be careful with small sticks and wooden tooth brush. My dog was teething and chewing on a stick when he chewed off a two inch piece and it got stuck in the back of his throat. I seriously almost lost him over it. Your a great cook. Yummy 😋 Yes, cooking in Van's, or heating with propane stoves creates a lot of condensation, especially when you are closed up in cooler weather, or climates. Your puppy, Ruby is growing well and looks healthy. You two take care. Watch what she chews on please.

Dollar tree sells moisture rid, they’re small enough that you could place a few around the van to absorb the water. They work well And they’re reasonable. Love your oven!

Happy Mother's Day! The trick with enchiladas is to roll them with no sauce. Just the chicken and fillings then pour some sauce on the top then the cheese and toppings. That way the tortillas do not fall apart. Either way they looked amazing. Love your little stove. :)

If you heat the flour tortillas on a hot pan, they will begin to form bubbles..Do both sides.They will roll easier and the texture changes.They aren't as gummy...🎉

To make enchiladas- 1. Slightly fry the tortilla. 2. Then put the oiled tortilla in the sauce. ( I use corn tortillas) 3. Then place in the stuff you want inside the enchiladas (I just use cheese). 4. more enchilada sauce and cheese on top. 5. Melt the cheese by placing enchiladas into oven. 6. Ready to eat.

To prevent your corn tortillas from braking when you roll them. heat them up before dipping them in sauce, or you can also just leave them flat and make enchilada casserole by layering sauce in the bottom, tortillas to cover sides and bottom of baking dish, filling cheese, repeat, like making a lasagna. Its the sauce that makes it enchiladas, not the filling or the way you wrap or layer the tortilla. So you can call it Mexican lasagna if you want or whatever, it's the sauce. If you don't happen to have a can of sauce, you can do your own with a can of Pato Sauce if you like it spicy and add dry chili powder and a touch of powdered cumin for the flavor, but just a touch of a pinch. Tacos, enchiladas, and tamale filling can be anything. I even did Christmas tamales with boiled goose meat once when a raccoon killed my sitting goose to get to her nest of eggs. You can buy already mixed fresh masa in any store that caters to Mexican people. You can even do sweet tamales with raisins and cinnamon and brown sugar, wrap them in aluminum foil so you don't have to mess with soaking corn husks and tying the ends. You steam them over boiling water and they refrigerate well for several days. To warm them, remove steamed tamale from aluminum and fry until lightly golden brown and heated through. You can serve with butter, of my fave, sour cream and it's gorgeous eating with hot coffee and cold mornings. Bon aptetite!
