Thanks for such an in-depth guide. It makes me feel confident in buying my first 3D printer that provides adequate prints, with a high potential for mods and upgrades.

Nice review, one point is put the lil short ptfe tube back in it is designed that way so when it retracts it doesn't have to push the filament all the way back through it may also help your ringing issues, my crux 1 doesn't seem to have that problem it also prints great at 60mm sec . Thanks again for the review

To reduce the ringing, you could play around with the acceleration speeds in Cura.

Nice review. Right in the same range of small build volume printers like the Ender 2 and Kp3s.

There are good videos on KZbin why you want to use a reverse bowden tube for a direct drive to avoid forces your extruder excerpts onto the filament pushing your hotend.

woah!this is just a great detailed unboxing and demonstration video. Awesome work bud. Do you by any chance have any beginner tutorial videos for newbies who would want to get into 3D printing ?

Your video helped me a lot! Could you share your cura para pla profile, as I'm having some printing problems. Type: non-stick layers. I'm using the profile, which came on the micro SSD and still didn't stay ten. I hope I was clear.

Hey Vlad, what do you do with all your printers after you review them?
@JustVlads2 жыл бұрын
I keep most of them, so i have too many. Maybe i will do a giveaway soon.
@YourLocalRaccoon2 жыл бұрын
@@JustVlads should make a race video with them all including; leveling, z offset, loading filament, homing, heating, printing, and of course a quality rating at the end of the final print. A lot of them may tie each other but if you use as fast of settings as they're capable of while still giving good results I'm sure it'll really show off what the different printers can really do. Plus it'd make a good video! And you could totally split it up over a few different videos too.

I dont care of quality as much. I just want to experiment with using a 3d printer for printing base shapes for interlocking and sculpting over it with monster clay.

I’m having a hard time with mine. It starts the print fine , does the base but then disconnects from the print like it’s not connecting to the platform correctly. Pretty sure it’s a leveling issue

Thanks for review. Honestly I wouldn't buy it. Tronxy made these builds looooong time ago. I mean some kind of Micro Swiss MK10 clone and stupid cheap single gear extruder which you will want to replace anyway because you will run into its limits sooner than you can say oops. It was inside all older X5 and X5S and looked exactly same. They probably have full warehouses of old parts left :D if i remember tronxy made one small printer X1 with mk8 (same as old ender3) and bowden extruder, it prints better than this. No forward movement or progress, just squeezing the old lemon....
@ricstanden2 жыл бұрын
That looks like a creality ender 2 clone. Nothing new it’s a shame the 3d printing world has become stagnant and all manufactures do is copy each other. Also the blue sheet on the bed should always be removed. When the bed gets hit the blue sheet will start to come off and then your magnet sheet is totally useless.
@YourLocalRaccoon2 жыл бұрын
Then you have Flsun doing their delta thing with next to no copycats at all. I mean they have a klipper-ised printer from factory capable of 400mm/s² *from factory*
