He was depressed ya, but he had the tools so going on stage and sounding amazing wasn’t difficult for this highly skilled vocalist but he still made sure to give 110% every time no matter what he was going through in life. That’s what a professional is.

Beautiful, soulful voice. Absolutely Stunning man! There is NO ONE like him. Such a RARE talent. This song is one of my favorites. It is freakin' AMAZING!!!! I can see and hear that he is feeling this song deeply. Michael had so much more to give musically. Soooooo sad of an ending. "Till this very day, he is missed more than words can express but his music will always affect me as it did years ago...that is the beautiful thing about music.

I think Michael was very happy to be performing again. The music was his escape. This emotional performance maybe brought back memories of what happened less than 5 months ago at the ARIA Awards. This is only the second time live for this song. Very fresh lyrics. He was feeling it. He is so beautiful , as always. I'm sure he was happy to be away from the press and London A.K.A. HELL !

@LearnToFly1822 жыл бұрын
I’m not certain but I think somewhere it was shared that he had been crying and extremely upset before the ARIA Awards performance of this song and was touch and go whether he performed. He then delivered quite possibly one of the best vocals and emotive performances of all time. It is STUNNING.

I feel that Michael is beautiful in every way but he could not forget his will plus the he just had. I am amazed that know one talks about his drugs issue.all you read is about what a good boy he is. He may have been a good boy but drugs did everything,I know I have been there.win you mix drugs alcohol with meds you are in trouble. I feel super startem hit him in a way that made lonely. He keeps on searching f or love something from children his parents .remember it starts f Rom we are little. Remember his parents were divorce. Does it ring a bell. I truly feel that the band would not let him go. He feels very much for that band .did they have family's ? It breaks my heart to that he could mot say no! To the band.l feel that the band did mot care about Michael.

@@maryr130 Michael did not want to go tour. He had just started taking Prozac for depression. As everyone knows his brain injury went untreated and drastically changed his personality. Add the stress with Paula, etc it created a perfect storm. He looked at his bandmates like brothers and in true Michael style, he didn't want to let them down. I REFUSE to believe that he committed suicide. PERIOD! (Ck out Sloan Bella.com for an "enlightened explanation" into his death.

I disagree. The band were his brothers- like family... Of course, he carried the intergenerational trauma that most of us do and coped with life (and stardom) the best he could. Drugs are bad but he was a tortured artist and I'd like to believe that Michael didn't want to die that night, supposedly alone, in a hotel room, so far away from his beloved daughter...
