k.d is AMAZING ❤ love how she says thank you to Roy at the end ❤ she started her career in country she was labelled country punk or cow punk Bopalena, Turn me Round/Three Cigarettes in an Ashtray from the Johnny Carson show is fabulous, Johnny Get Angry, Big Boned Gal just a few of her country songs she also duetted with Tony Bennett Blue Velvet is sublime ❤ Constant Craving is her biggest hit a few suggestions x she was one of the backing singers for Roy’s concert Black & White Night along with Jennifer Warnes & Bonnie Raitt also there was Elvis Costello, Bruce Springsteen, JD Souther, Steven Soles, Jackson Browne, Tom Waits a great watch x

First time I saw k.d. was on the Tonight Show when she did "Three Cigarettes in an Ashtray". I couldn't believe the notes she hit and held, the power and control, sitting the entire time. One of a kind voice!
