Tony Bennett is my dad's favourite singer. We grew up with his stuff alongside the Beatles and all the great British pop at the time in the 60s. He loves k.d. too! And he and my mum are still together, still in love, nearly 60 years later. How lucky my sisters and I are. Love you, you cranky, twisted, adorable things! xx

What better way to show your respect to the master than to serenade one of his most famous songs? She caresses every note, and makes love to each syllable. I watched an interview with KD by Dame Edna. It was hilarious. Dame Edna asked KD, and when did you realize you were a Canadian. It was a great twist on words because of the way Edna lead up to the question. KD cracked up too.. the interview is on youtube. Dame Edna is another great talent.
