കൂട്ടിയാലും കൂട്ടിയാലും മതിയാകാത്ത കൂട്ടുതോരന്‍😊👌😋 (KOOTTU THORAN)

Kootuthoran
Ingredients
1. Jack fruit seeds - 3 cups
2. Snake gourd - 2 to 3 cups
3. Drum stick - 3 to 4 cups
4. Salt - to taste
5. Turmeric powder - ½ tsp
6. Chilli powder - 1 tsp
7. Green chilli - 2 to 3 nos
Masala
8. Grated coconut - 1 ½ cup
9. Chilli & turmeric powder (for colour) - ¼ tsp
Seasoning
10. Coconut oil - 2 tbsp
11. Red rice - 1 tbsp
12. Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
13. Red chilli - 3 to 4
14. Curry leaves - 3 to 4 twigs
Preparation
1. Boil the jack fruit seeds pieces adding salt, chilli, turmeric powders & green chilli till half done.
2. Then add the other two vegetables & required salt, again boil. Set aside.
3. Meanwhile squeeze the masala ingredients with the hand.
4. Add to the boiled items & season with the ingredients & warm slightly on slow fire stirring (3 to 4 mts).
