因为我的气炸锅很小哦 只能弄2个鸡蛋的份量。三颗蛋也可以,所有食材x1.5就可以了

Hi sukie,我用新买的阳极模具做了你这个配方,很成功! 谢谢你!只是我打的蛋白很多结块,我看要打到你那个小尖角的,就一直打,看到好像一直在大弯钩的阶段。结果切拌的过程比较困难,很多结块,看到一直消泡,我心想应该是坏了,就让很多结块下去烤😂,想不到结果最后出来是很幼的蛋糕,只是有点点白结块😂底部翻过来很多气孔,不像你视频的样子
hi sukie 请问你用气炸锅做戚风会不会底部湿湿的?然后表皮已经结皮硬硬了,脱模后底摸起来还是湿湿的。我试了几次,全部步骤跟着,还是有布丁层。是不是用气炸锅都会这样?因为没有下火

是的 因为没有下火 所以我都会用铝箔纸盖着,如果你下面还是很湿可以盖久一点

@@sukieang thank you Sukie, would like to learn more, is there any special reason that this temperature different from your 1st normal chiffon recipe ? Is it because we add pandan or coffee ? Coz now i also have to adjust my air fryer temperature. Thanks
