Hello, I am Thai. I came across this clip by accident. I am very happy and delighted to see that Japanese people and other foreign friends are interested in and learning to play takraw. In Thailand, we have sports that are almost in the blood of Thai people. We also have Muay Thai and takraw, which almost everyone, especially men, must learn to play. It is great to see the development of Japanese people or other foreign friends who are very good at playing takraw. It made me feel incredibly happy. I have seen that this sport is developing to become more international. I really want to see takraw in the Olympics. It will definitely be a fun and exciting competition to see athletes from all over the world compete in takraw. Hope there will be that day in the near future. With love from Thailand.❤️❤️❤️
In fact, "Sepak Takraw" originates from southern Thailand. The word "Sepak" is Malaysian. It was borrowed by Thai people to use instead of the word "kick" because it looked impolite, so they named this sport "Sepak Takraw" instead, making it more polite. The reason why sports were born in Thailand is because 1) Most Malaysians practice Islam. So I don't like playing sports. Especially using your feet to kick. 2) Thai people in the past liked to use language to create names, such as the names of people and the names of various places. and the names of various things to make them look good and charming
Since when Malaysia dont play kick sports lol stop lying to people .
