Her head voice is pretty basic. The grip is not strong and the coordination is not optimal. Eb5/E5 for consistency is still about right in my opinion.

Hmm, what? You'll always go sharp when addind vibrato, specially on head voice. Sometimes the vibrato will make the note sharp enough to peak a higher note. That's super common, specially in lyrical singing...
