巻き肩猫背でストレートネック、おまけに仕事でエプロンつけてるから首が凝ってやばいけどこれやったあと首周りの血流やばい!頭痛激しい時もやると少し楽になる!

他の動画を試してみたら久々に体を動かしたから筋肉痛になってしまいお腹が少し苦しくなってしまいましたが、この動画のやり方だと軽めにのストレッチ法なので、もし軽めに運動したいと思ったらこの動画を参考にさせていただきますね! ありがとうございました🤗

Doing this every dayy 1.i did it it was pretty easy but the next day i had so much back pain 2. it was okay it hurt a little but i did it 3.i did it it was pretty easy and i can slowly notice that when i try to stand straight it doesn’t hurt as much as it did :) 4.did it and it was pretty easy today(•̀ᴗ•́)و 5.i forgot to do it 😭 6.i did it :D it’s getting easier and it doesn’t hurt 7. im backk i did it today it was pretty hard my arms and back hurt alot :,) but this time im not forgetting!! Thanks to all the people reminding me( ˘ ³˘)♥︎ 8. Did it today im happy i didn’t forget its still pretty hard but i think in a few days i will get used to it again 🫶🏻

Recomiendo totalmente esto, ya no me duele estar derecha, tengo mas flexibilidad, mi cuerpo se siente mas liviano y en si ya no ando tan rígida ni tensa (hago el strech full body junto con este), lo vengo haciendo todas las noches como por 2 semanas (junto con el otro del canal)

突然関係のない質問ですが失礼します。 先日トレーニング中にミスって背中の筋肉が肉離れを起こしました。当然今は上半身のトレーニングができないので、完治までの期間は脚トレとお尻トレだけでも脂肪燃焼に効果的でしょうか?
