No of Modaks - 28 to 30 (approx)
Ingredients:
Rice flour - 1 cup
Water -1.5 cups
Ghee -1/2 tsp
For stuffing :
Fresh grated coconut -1.5 cups
Jaggery - 1/2 cup
Cardamom powder -1/2 tsp
Gor decoration :
Yellow flood colour
Saffron

While making ukhad , I mean when you boil water add 1 tea spoon of sugar so that cover is also tasty..and secondly add poppy seeds in stuffing..it will be very tasty. Jai bappa 🌾🌺🌺🌺🙏 jai Ganesha 🙏

हमने aaj modak banaye. Lekin uska stuff bahut कडा ho Gaya.. Aisa kyon hua. Hamne patanjali ka gud powder liya tha.

@@rashmimishradwivedi7734 I had used the ready made jaggery powder it's name Jeevana jaggery powder from store t turned out best don't worry try it again next time it will be perfect. Even my stuffing was also a little bid hard coz I had put too much jaggery powder so after then I let it cool down for 20 to 25mins n it's was ready for filling.
