@@SameNameDifferentGame Very good point. While the Kirby games are on both NES AND SNES Online platforms, I wasn’t too familiar with this history of KQF until I watched this video. Unfortunately that could complicate things...but crazier things have happened, so I’ll still hold out a little bit of hope for the time being.

Great video, as always. I think that there should have a video where Joe Pink starts taking about a wrestling game, but since it is an obscure one, Rogercome in with a Double Kick, expelling Joe Pink from the show and saying: "Sorry, this is MY turf".

This game originally was not based on the Jipangu movie, but was it's tie-in in that kid from the game using the spirit of the main character of the movie. BTW, Jigoku Gokurakumaru is the name of that character, so it isn't very strange that you have no sense when just translating it. BTW x2: There was a proper Jipangu based game on the PC Engine platform without the futuristic setting...but it was juast a puzzle game. BTW x3: There was a a game 7 Blades, that was made in conjunction with the movie director and served as a sequel to Jipangu of sorts, so... You're right - Quantum Kabuki Fighter has no sequels, but Jigoku Gokurakumaru has at least one...but it's a prequel) facebook.com/136224016588454/posts/kabuki-quantum-fighter-has-a-rich-history-that-not-many-know-about-at-least-outs/840661272811388/ P.S. 3:37 - so....it's the precursor of the Assassin's Creed series, I guess XD
