Donnie is a very good speaker. Communicates ideas well. Great series with him Chris!

Man, just thinking about how bad it hurt rolling my IT band with a traditional foam roller after I had injured it makes me cringe at the thought of putting 130 lbs on it. Definitely something to ease into doing but obviously great benefits of continuing to do it for the long term. Great content as always Chris!

Where can someone find those steel rollers in order to incorporate these diffusion techniques?

Team Pride They are just steel tube. Any metal supplier will have them. And most will have scrap bins so you can buy them by the pound instead of paying full price.

***** been following along with these vids curious on a review from you on if it really works or has been helping in anyway, not knocking it at all looking to try it if it is legit.

Where would you get a x wife made? A machine shop? Any idea the expense?

Fatty_Matty It's just a big piece of metal tube. If the one he grabbed in this video was 4", I'd guess the X-Wife is a 6" tube with thick walls. IMO, just look for a local metal supplier and see if they have a scrap area. Go in and see if they have any scrap tube that's about 2' and weighs a lot. That's all you really need.
