Kacey, One tip I would suggest for your skin is to drastically reduce sugar intake. It’s something I only discovered recently. I used to have sugar in all my tea and coffee, and multiple cups a day. I had been cutting down to eliminate it entirely. It wasn’t until I saw a TikTok about sugar reduction that mentioned spots before I realised that I hadn’t had any for months. I had to change other drinks like hot chocolate because I could tell how sweet it was.

I gave up sugar in my drinks as well and satisfy my sweet cravings with sweet fruits instead like mangoes and oranges. Feel so much better nowadays.👍🏻👍🏻

@@fluffy-puffy-puppy I don’t go overboard with fruit’s because they do have sugars even if they are more natural. For Americans it’s even harder because there are so many foods with extra sugar like bread, that would be designated as cake here. I even make my own muesli to reduce the sugars.

Amazing how "humble" PIT has become. Almost hard to believe that just a couple decades ago, PIT was a massive hub operation for USAir/US Airways. Used to always love connecting there. It was nice, well-laid out, efficient, and modern. It is really too bad that US Airways decided to abandon the hub there. For northeast travel requiring a connection, it would be much more pleasant and convenient to connect through PIT than places like PHL, EWR, IAD, LGA, etc.

Yes, our Californian weather is not predictable. This is what makes us livable too. We are not too hot, sometimes chilly, and never humid (in northern california at least). It just feels good. If I go to southern California, it is often not good. I like northern California--not sacramento which isn't northern california, but the Bay Area. I just feels good.

Major skins issues.......... you're using WAY TOO MUCH make-up, which is not good for skin. Less make-up and none at night when sleeping. You're a beautiful woman, but need to update your routine and/or products. Victoria Principal (Actress) owned a $1.5B cosmetic company.
