Ive played all games exepct for ds and bloodborne. Im pretty sure I spent more time on rellanna than any other boss lol. Dlc is brutal in the best way possible. Messmer might be my new favorite all time boss.

My most is 472 (476? One of them) to Ivory King on ng+7 in covenant of champions without getting any other knights. Stupid hard lol, each one of his 20+ minions were tankier than like half the games bosses and could two hit me. Messmer took me 15 tries! Most of any boss in this dlc, I really enjoyed him.

He’s better than asmon because asmon never actually learns mechanics or improves, he finds the win button and spams it - for the base game that was R1, for the DLC it was L1. [Edit] Alright kids calm your tits - all I’m saying is Kai overcame challenges that Asmongold was forced to sidestep in order to progress - and that counts for something in my books.

Lolol I beastclaw + mimic tear him took about 30 attempts I feel your pain, tip for ya coming from a OG all souls games veteran, level that vigor to at least 60+ if struggling. Also moment fight starts you have enough time to summon mimic tear+use flask then roll forward, once messmir is about to 🔥 your ass roll again can avoid completely!
