I've started using it to remove the brass risers found in some PC's. It's slender body but long size make it perfect for that.

It also has two torque settings, hold the LED button for a few seconds to switch between modes from low torque to high torque (Looks like you have it in low torque setting here)

I discovered that after recording this and talked about it in a subsequent video. Interesting feature. I'm now using the toll to help me remove riser pins/screw posts. I still have to give it a twist to break the screws loose but otherwise works very nicely for that job.

Yesterday I started using it to remove the brass risers in some PC's. I'll show that in a future video. It's long length and small size make it good for that task. But you are correct, this was designed with IT/electronics repair in mind.

Looks like a nice set. I find with new rechargeable batteries they get better after a few changes. Also the initial loosening of a tight screw.are these meant to be used like this ? could do with a bit of meat on the handle, just to make it easier to hang on to. 👍

Nice kit but tool seems a little thin for your type of deconstruction, and battery & motor need more grunt.

It clearly wasn't designed for this kind of work. But It's not bad. I'm using it now regularly now to remove the brass risers in some PC's. It's small size is perfect for that task. I'll include it in a vid soon.
