Kaizen is a Japanese Philosophy that was first introduced by Toyota is a means to encourage steady and continuous improvement. This lean manufacturing approach through the Kaizen method allowed Toyota to become one of the most efficient car manufacturers in the world.
The Kaizen philosophy helped inspire the PDCA Cycle or the Plan Do Check Act Cycle. This is also known as the Deming Cycle. Kaizen and lean management will allow for continuous and steady improvement across an extended period of time. The Deming Cycle is also known as the PDSA cycle for studying.
Incorporating Kaizen training into your life will help you streamline your productivity and process to approach your life and business with this Japanese philosophy through the lens of lean manufacturing.

This was refreshing. I have used the kaizen concept for studying since my 10th grade and it helps me during my higher education. Great and concise content as always. 🙂👍

Interesting point you made at 3:35 Batch is what companies do to hide waste. The fact it takes long for you to set up for filming should be an alarm that there's waste in the process. You should aim for (single piece) flow rather than batch. On one of my KZbin channels, I got the process to the point where I would be filming and editing one scene at a time. So at any stage, I have a video that's almost ready to publish.

Excellent video up until you started batching. That is counter of Lean and One Piece Flow. Learn to reduce your setup time and shoot one video at a time.

What's up with the cheezy background music? Detracts from the information your giving.

Actually, a BETTER Lean solution to your needing to do TWO videos for each setup, is NOT batching but rather in finding a better, more LEAN approach to the set up and changeover process, allowing for better FLOW, and not having to do TWO videos to a setup/changegover. Higher utilization is not usually the primaruy objective.
