For Sparkle, the translation is a bit off, and the picture has more detail. Essentially, Sparkle is an instructor for FTG's academy. The proper translation would be "We, along with Sparkle, are recruiting promising players that will become the future of pro overwatch." The main headline for the Korean in the picture also says "FTG Academy is going together with Sparkle for his first begining" probably marking his change to an instructor rather than a player.

I mean there's not really any characters that play like venture exactly but I mean doom or tracer have similar cooldown cycles as far as you cycle your cooldowns to decide when you go in and out of the fight

Don’t diss the hasbeen team, they would’ve made owcs stage 1 if not for jehongs accident. Their final game to qualify was against vesta crew and they had already beaten vesta crew a few days prior, but jehong couldn’t play and they had bumcd instead of him (shoutout to him for atleast showing up tho) and they lost
