New threat levels. All of this could've been screen time to set up the new characters/ JL members. Flesh out the bad guy. It should've been The Trinity uniting The Justice League. At the end becoming this world's guardians, and bringing a new age of heroes. Maybe end with a scene in Bruce's cave , we see a file named Watch Tower. End.

Yea BvS and Justice Leauge were extremely rushed. So much awesome content was just hinted, straight skipped, or short cutted. Each hero's respective solo movie was good tho imo.
