Yoga is a part of all the old holistic arts, be it dancing, painting, singing, healing or martial arts. Pure Yoga in the traditional sense is a psychophysiological training for the expansion of consciousness, which leads to meditation, Samadi, Nirvana and etc. This state is the union of the individual with the universal Self and can only be achieved through hard, uncompromising and day-to-day work. This is also not guaranteed. Not for everyone. But the attempt is worth it. The prerequisite for all yoga techniques is good health and a hard will. This is impossible without PREYOGA: physical and mental exercises, which should be practiced BEFORE the actual yoga. One option is Kalari Yoga. Yoga of the warriors. Many of the exercises of all MODERN YOGA STYLES have been taken over by ancient martial arts. For those who prefer to learn from an original - Martial Arts - take Kalari Yoga - Kalari Yoga, which is fed by Kalaripayattu on the one hand and traditional Kriya Yoga on the other hand.
The mudras featured in this video are part of the training system of Kalaripayattu Ankam Kadathanad (Kerala, South India). They are part of the extensive preparation program for the Kalari fighting techniques.
Yoga ist ein Teil für alle alten ganzheitlichen Künste, sei es Tanzen, Malen, Singen, Heilen und auch für alle Kampfkünste. Reines Yoga im traditionellen Sinne ist ein psychophisiolgisches Training zur Erweiterung des Bewusstsein, was un Zustnd der Meditation, Samadi, NIrvana und etc führt. Dieser Zustand ist die Vereinigung des individuellen mit dem universellen Selbst und kann nur durch eine harte, kompromisslose und tagtägliche Arbeit möglich. Dieses ist auch nicht garantiert. NIcht für alle und nicht für jeden. Aber der Versuch ist das wert. Die Voraussetzung für alle Yoga Techniken ist eine gute Gesundheit und ein harter Willen. Dies ist unmöglich ohne PREYOGA: körperlichen und geistigen Übungen, welche VOR dem eigentlichen Yoga praktiziert werden sollen. Eine Möglichkeit ist Kalari Yoga. Yoga der freidvollen Krieger. Viele der Übungen aller MODERNEN YOGA STILE wurden von in der alten Zeiten existierenden Kampfkünste übernommen. Für alle, die lieber von einem Original lernen, bietet sich Kalari Yoga an, das sich einerseits von Kalaripayattu (altindische Kampfkunst) und andererseits vom traditionellen Kriya Yoga speist.
Die in diesem Video vorgestellte Mudras, gehören zum Trainingssystem von Kalaripayattu Ankam Kadathanad (Kerala, Südindien). Sie sind ein Teil des umfangreichen Vorbereitungsprogramms für die Kalari Kamptechniken.
