Hi, Adam! Thank you for the great course. I am in my 3rd week of training. I have a question regarding the warmup exercise around 7 minutes. When we lift the leg, are we allowed to lean forward and/or bend the knee of the other leg? I currently cannot lift the leg too high up (around chest high at most) and tend to loose balance while lifting it.
@KalariLAB2 жыл бұрын
Great to hear from you! That’s good progress well done! Yes please find a way to do the exercises in a way where you keep in balance and gently push your limits. If you wish you can send me a video on WhatsApp and I’ll check the exercises for you. You’ll find my number in the website www.kalarilab.org

@KalariLAB There is one exercise that doesnt seem to be included in the warm ups/Lohar. The one where we punch through the arm. Should that be done and if so, at what point in the lohar?
@KalariLAB2 жыл бұрын
Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I’ll make a new video for all these warm up exercises. The punching through the arms can be done after the turning and strike behind exercise as both involve spinal rotation and additional functional line movement.
@WickedWolverine2 жыл бұрын
@@KalariLAB Thanks for your response! I believe there is one more exercise I forgot to mention that isn't in this video. The Standing spinal twist with extended hand.
