🚴‍♀‍ If you are doing this on a stationary bike or exercise bike instead of a spin bike and cannot go into the standing positions (2nd and 3rd) and would like an added challenge during these, TRY THIS:
2nd position: increase your speed! Try anywhere between 5-15 RPMs.
3rd position: increase your resistance here but try and keep the same cadence.

I use a spinbike and I LOVE your beginnerclasses. Started at 0 by the beginning of 2021 and did my first 30 min beginnerclasses the day before yesterday! I still love it!!! Hope that lasts!

Stationary bike. You are helping save my Dad and I want to sincerely thank you for posting this. I used to always be in great shape from high school up until I was about 35. The past 5 years I fell out of working out and eating right. My Dad was diagnosed with hemochromatosis this past year and needs a liver transplant. I changed my diet completely, have been hitting the gym hard and running on a treadmill to be sure I’m eligible to donate part of my liver for him. Running is hard because of knee injuries in football. Cycling seems to be easier on my knees and your videos was perfect to start this journey. Anyone reading this comment, I’m asking for prayers that I get in the shape I need to donate and my Dad is able to get the transplant he needs. No need to reply, just pray 🙏🏻

Being an introvert, I don't like being in crowded places so I prefer to do exercises at home. My brother and I bought a stationary bike last year, I just started using it last month with your beginner videos as my guide. This one is my favorite because it's all about the saddle. Thank you, Kaleigh, for sharing your knowledge. Your videos has helped me find the best workout for myself. I wake up at 5:30am every workweek to do this workout and have just decided to have "dessert" starting tomorrow. I have depression so I have to workout to help with my mental health. Thank you once again. Sending much love and support from the Philippines.

I just recently started working out with my exercise bike and I even had a hard time barely making ten minutes lol I'm making progress though! I think I'll start using this video to help steer my workouts. Glad I found this video!

Hey Keleigh, love the cycling videos. I’m a 71 year old Navy vet who bought a Pro Form La Tour de France stationary bike. At one time, as a a Navy Deep Sea Diver, I was in top physical form but embarrassingly let it slip a bit. Never got fat just out of shape and decided ENOUGH! At this time I am caring for my wife with stage 4 bone cancer and I need to keep fit for her. Keep those videos coming and keep kicking my backside! LOL, I need it.

At 320lbs this was hard, hard work but with just a short water break in the middle I managed to finish it, though feeling like your pooch there and ready for a nap! I appreciate the constant pace you keep it at, it really helps in not thinking too much about it or worrying about how much time is left. New subscriber here and looking forward to daily challenges from you on the way back to health.

Good for you! Proud of you for even getting on the bike it’s so hard to get started! I do at home workouts because I get very easily overstimulated and hate wearing sensory headphones for long periods of time because they hurt my ears

Hi, first time on here. I have an old Schwinn stationery bike. The controls don't work. But I still can ride on it. I'm almost 74yrs by the end of the year. I'm trying to get back in shape. My legs are weak. We, my husband & I go swimming 🏊‍♀️ a couple of times a week. So, thanks for being here.🎄🌟

55 years old. Trying to get back into shape. Bought a Pro-Form Spin bike and found you on my iPad. No prior cycling experience. This was good. Staying in the saddle helps. I only made it 13 minutes, but I’ll build up everyday. Yesterday I could only do 10. Here we go!!!

I'm on a Precor spin bike. This is the best spin video I've found so far that fits my style. I like when instructiors integrate the music in the workout to help keep pace (especially helps in this case because I don't have a console). Thanks! Wanted to add that I love Stella in the video, she was a welcome distraction from my burning legs!

Popped my 20 yr old road bike on my "dumb" trainer and after conquering cancer at 64, Kaleigh has me cruising. I can't wait to get back on the road in the summer and this will get me there!

This is my second day with you and I was able to complete your class! LOVE IT! I have a Sunny Health and Fitness Stationary Bike which I’ve been using, but your class is undeniably better than going at it alone! Love your personality and energy! So motivating! My first ever bicycling workout. Was advised by my doctor to do cardio, but I'm way too uncoordinated for aerobics and I hate the treadmill (again, uncoordinated). Bought an upright, magnetic resistant bike and figured I'd see what sort of video exercise I could do, being a newbie. I didn't get up to a 9, but did keep up with you for the most part. Got in a great workout and was proud that I made it thru. Thank you for putting this out there for us newbies.

I inherited a spin bike 6 months ago, so far I only pedaled while watching tv, 10-15 min at a time. This 20 min intro was my first real workout. So much fun! Can't wait for the next one! I love the enthusiastic energy, especially since I'm usually cranky, it balances me out!

I've always loved to go on bike to everywhere, but I Hated spinning-kind of workouts, because of some bad experiences with "it's your first class, but do what every of my usual clients do, what do you mean you are dying after 10 minutes" type of instructors... Until I've found your videos. You''ve made me love indoor cycling. I'm still on your beginner videos, but I'm working my way up 🤘🦵 Thank you!! 💙 (Btw, I have a spin bike)

Hi! This is the day 2 of my health journey. I have to say thank you for making this content free and for also reminding me during the workout why I am here and to keep pushing! There was maybe 3 times where I wanted to give up, but every time you reminded me why I'm on this bike. Thanks ❤

I just got a spin bike and came across your beginner’s video! I loved it so much. Love your personality and your motivation. You make the starting process so much welcoming and easy. Love how you talk about form and where we should be in the bike. You’re the best spin bike instructor I’ve came across and can’t wait to use my bike again🥰

I am on a stationary bike. I so want a spin bike but first I want to proove to myself that I'll actually use it by using my stationary bike which as served better as a dust catcher. However since discovering your seated videos I feel motivated and less bored when im using it. I picture myself riding toward my spin bike😄🤞 thank you .

Bought a Pro-Form 505SPX last year and have used it only 3times. Just hopped back on a few days ago and am feeling the good muscle pain I miss from my younger athletic years. Just need to keep myself going!! Thank you!! 2:41

I have a stationary bike and would live more seated workouts....maybe on Saturday a Live Ride or 45 Min.seated Workout. For me you are the best Spinning Trainer...i llove your workouts...yoz are really the best....

I am a 53 year old noob. My days of street running are behind me and figured this would be a great alternative. I am using a stationary Sunny bike. Thanks for keeping it fun and getting my heart rate up. I'll probably do this three days a week and maybe increase over time?

I do this every morning on my stationary bike. Love it and love your music. Thank you for keeping me in check with my form! I'm 66 and started a few weeks ago and am starting to feel wonderful and working on getting down to a size 10! I love the Dessert also! Thank you and love you too!

I love your energy. I've been just riding outdoors for summer but today it was raining and I decided to come back to your channel to get in my ride. When the gyms shut down last year I purchased a stationary bike and love it for days I can't do the bike outside. Thanks.

I just got a stationary bike. I used to do classes all the time but I like to work out when I wanna work out. So I thought I’d start with this beginner class. It was perfect! You did an amazing job! I’ll probably do it several more times before advance to the standing workouts. Thank you!

Love your videos. Thank you. I have an upright exercise bike. I wish I could stand on it. This was a great workout. Legs are burning but so happy I did it. Soon I’ll be riding my mountain and road bike. Your videos help me keep in shape all winter when I can’t get outdoors to ride.
