This full-body stretch will increase your flexibility and reduce your risk of injuries! Add this on after any workout for a stress-relieving and effective stretch! Be sure to include this stretch regularly in your training to really see the effects!
We have stretches to work through the upper and lower body, focusing on the usual tight muscles, the lower back, hips, and glutes. When these muscles get tight it can make everything feel tight, so after this stretch, you will feel so good!
You won't need any special equipment for this stretch, just a soft surface!
