I'm almost 12 weeks post emergency c-section...my smooth transition back into working out at 6 weeks was definitely because of your strength and spin workouts while I was pregnant! Woah! 1st workout back after 10 days of no training after a severe sciatica flare up/piriformis injury/possible pregnancy related? Still no clue what actually caused it! But I could barely walk or move for several days! Very scary! I was so miserable not being able to do any workouts! 😂 Had to lift lighter today so not to risk aggravating it again as it's still lingering.. 🙄 23 weeks today! 🤰🏻 Looking forward to jumping back on the bike tomorrow for your 1st return ride! ❤

That was seriously hard core!! Loved the superset combos. Arms were shaking on the last 2 triceps sets, had to go down to keep my form. Added on the abs and the arms were shaking on the plank. Making beautiful arms!! ❤

Holy cannoli! I'm glad we started with chest press because by the end I probably would've had to use 10# 🤣 I was so with you on pushing until form got questionable and my arms are now out of commission for a while! I may have to get my hubby to help put the dumbbells away 🤭 I LOVED this workout and can't wait to do the lower body! Now heading to get some abs and a stretch!

When I did this workout, by the end of it I had to seriously go down in weight to maintain my form. My arms were THAT burnt out! 🎉 I just could NOT lift anything more, they were donezo. 😂 When I cooked dinner later, my muscles were shaking picking up my frying pan.
