Anything that is surfer oriented for a beat up ol' 66 yr old that's been prone paddling. Drop kneeing, surfing for 51 yrs . To keep me in the line up is awesome. Just checked in to see what was up. And so impressed. So clear and different. Gonna check it all out. So stoked!

Thanks. I'll be 60 this year and been practicing yoga for 30 years. Maintaining flexibility and mobility has so many benefits beyond surfing and these techniques are another arrow in the quiver to help with that. I probably have better flexibility now that I had when I was 30 in most areas except hips which have really tightened up recently so will give these exercises a try for sure.

Wow, the 90-90 stretch and the lateral lunge are game changers for me. I’ll be 40 years young in November, and after 26 years of skateboarding, along with the line of work I’m in, my range of hip mobility became more and more compromised over the last handful of years. The dynamic movements in these stretches is exactly what I’ve been looking for. Thanks for sharing this video! Cheers guys 🙏

Someday when I trek through the Amazon rain forest, I'll hear distant windchimes and my attention will turn to a small wooden platform high in the trees. Illuminated by rays of sunshine shining through the foliage, the holistic instructor will swing down and approach me using the 90-90 stretch.

He means professionals and/or those who have lived by the coast and surfed every day since they were 12 might get ill effects in the spine spine from long term surfing in the 30's & 40's. Kale has said in another video it's never too late to start and there were multiple commenters on that video stating ages in 60's and 70's, still surfing.
