@@eviljust9793 Hes always looking for his father approval and Darkside always seems to favor Orion. Also, he is the only connection to his dead wife Suli, the only woman he truly loved. She calmed him and made him question his desire to conquer the galaxy. Also, Kalibak inherit his mother love of poetry. But this is rarely touch on! Mix all this and we get a great Shakespearian story!

This video forgot to mention Kalibak's appearance in the justice league 2 part episodes Hereafter, where Kalibak legitimately defeated Wonder Woman, got stalled by Batman, got easily defeated by Superman again, and even fought and lost to Lobo.

As a son of Darkseid... Kalibak should be more powerful Comparable to Orion and Superman. Indeed, once upon a time... as a kid... I would've made Kalibak more like Doomsday. (Eliminating need for the Doomsday character). If Darkseid is like "Zeus"... Then Orion would be like ,"Athena" or "Herakles"... And Kalibak would be like "Ares". I mean...think about it... Who'd win,?.. Orion vs Herakles. Kalibak vs Ares? Barda vs Athena? Eh? Hmmm? Lol

Can't find anyone in the comments pointing this out, but Kalibak and Orion are NOT half brothers, because Kalibak has no biological relation to Darkseid. Darkseid isn't his birth father, the High Father is. Part of the treaty between Apokalips and New Genesis was the trade of first born sons to cement the treaty. Orion is indeed Darkseid's biological son, but Kalibak is not. Nor is Mister Miracle. Nor is Scott the High Father's biological son. You certainly do seem to suffer a lot of critical research failures on this channel.

Kalibak and Orion ARE half brothers because they are both biological sons of Darkseid with different mothers. The son of Highfather that was traded for Orion was Scott Free aka Mister Miracle. It's in the comics.
