Mindfulness, staying in the present. I used to swirl round the failures of my past. They are done & done & only serve as lessons for the future. Then i worry on the future. I can't control all of it, just what I can do now to make the future better. I used to beat myself up for feeling bad. You have no reason for D. What's wrong w/me...I should be happy. Y'know-that little compliments at the start of every video are really important. The more you say something about yourself or the more someone says something to you, the more it seems true. When you or someone else says these things, a sub-conscious part of your brain takes it in and therefore creates a little message inside your head. So, if you were to watch one of Kris's videos every day, it would gradually start to feel like the compliments are true! (Which they already are, whoever's reading this- ur bEaUtIfUl, okay?)

Yes ur 100% correct. One tool that therapists use to help peopx's pxle build their self esteem is positive affirmations. They basically have the patient to make a list of 5, {or more}, positive things about themselves, and tell the patient to tape it to a mirror and say them to themselves while looking in the mirror. The premise is what u just said, if u hear positive things about urself, often enough, u will start to believe them. I went thru a period where I was struggling with my self esteem along with my self worth and confidence and that assignment helped me more than every other thing we did put together. 10/10 I highly recommend this to anyone with self esteem issues.
