i think she's great and she's not fake... she's not pretending to be a hot chic like others....and she's so fresh and so young...she's not hiding her age like others...but it's not only a matter of song or performance..it's a matter of neighborhood and how "blocks" are going to vote unfortunately... and for that kalomoira is a winner in our hearts!!! and it doesn't matter how the final results are going to be...even if she wins! we love her anyway for the trying&the originality! good job girl!!

Well, many of us non-Greeks here in America did not know very much about modern Greek music. Because of a news story of a "local girl" from Brooklyn who seemed to make a splash in Greece and was representing the country at Eurovision 2008, I became curious. Of course, from there it was looking at past Greek entries like Vissi and Paparizou via KZbin. As for Kalomira's talent, her style reminds of Britney, who is not really a favorite singer of mine, but who does some very good songs.
