I wasn't sold on the aesthic of the giant Hellboy fist, but I absolutely LOST it when Shouma started flipping and delivering those blows one by one. That was some of the sickest Rider combat I've seen in a long time

We're going into ep 4 with Shouma essentially having no allies or base of operations as a Kamen Rider, or even him calling himself a Kamen Rider, so its refreshing to see a rider without any support or backup.

When he do they mainly his friends cause he the source for them to transform into an kamen rider's cause he the only one atleast as far we know of that can produced gochizo since he half granute while they are not

what i like about shouma so far is that whenever a villain or a bad guy tries to twist things into a negative perspective, he delivers a line that brings everything back into reality without skipping a beat, not even giving it a thought, and it's just so damn cool.

Something that I have enjoyed so far is how serious Shouma gets specifically after he transforms. The goofiness falls away when its time to work.

This show's been the first time I've followed Kamen Rider while it airs; I'd only seen miscellaneous episodes before. Enjoying hearing what more experienced fans think about this show from your reviews. Sounds like I picked a good entry to start with; hoping it keeps up the quality.

3 eps in and our main trio is still not together. This is a good thing. It shows they are taking their time with the characters, world, and story. And going by the preview, it seems that will continue.

I'm just happy it was still like a "Weekly Person to Help". Because With the Preview in last week's episode, I thought he would be already back to Sachika and Honto. But luckily that was not it, I like the idea of each episode being like Shoma meeting a new person hence a new face about humanity instead of Hanging around with the same people. I know Eventually that will be the dynamic based on other Trailers and the OP. But for now I will Enjoy the weekly Slice of Life Style meeting and helping different people 👍

Really been enjoying Gavv, and hope they keep this thing of Shouma riding places and helping people for new episodes. I can't really put my finger onto why but I REALLY like Hanto! His actor is pretty good, and there's something about his character that's enjoyable. So I currently have 2 theories about the show: 1) I bet it's either Shouma's mom who was the granute that "killed" Hanto's mom, OR Shouma has a more monstrous form that he doesn't know about and it was him. 2) We're due for a berserk form (even though I really don't want one), since Geats and Gotchard didn't have one. So I think something forces Shouma to eat the dark treat and it's going to give him a mid season berserk form.

Shouma's mom is human so no.. Shouma also have red gavv so most likely not him

This episode had exactly what I was thinking in someone taking advantage Shoma. I like how it was almost like one of those advertisements when he tasted the soda gummy (^_^ )

It seems how the forms are balanced it gives me simialr vibes to how the forms in Fourze and Drive are handled where we do have greater forms like Gummy, Potato chips, and Marshmallow, andwe have these sort of augmented weapon like forms like the Soda punch, working like the smiliar to the astro switches or tire exchanges. As for the episode itself, it's mroe just easing us into our inevitable status quo before the first major arc. We get to see more of Hanto's story unveil. (I'm calling it now, that Wolf monster from his flashbacks is going to be a major villain later on.) As for the parts with Shouma and the theif; it almost reminds me of a similar episode with Power Rangers in Space where Andros inadvertadly helped a gang of theives. And when the theif turned over a new leaf, it genuinely felt believeable, because it would of been easy to just paint him as just this moustache twirling slimeball, or if he were a character in a Neo-Saban/Hasbro era PR season just be used as a means to deliver a heavy handed moral sermon about how stealing is wrong. Given that this time round or Monsters du jour are just random Stomach inc goons instead of the usual rando turned monster of the week thank the heavens that we're spared the usual "Humans are awful because they're driven by negative emotions, so we're totally justified in declaring exterminatus" talk from the villains.(Although I have a bold suspicion that when the head honcho of Stomach inc does make their appearance, they would probably have the motivation of "Humans are a primitive speices driven by their own selfish desires, therefore they're better off being turned into Dark confections.") Also, I guess they threw in that line about how it's important to eat actual healthy food to cover their bases, and avoid angry letters from parent groups about the show promoting excessive junk food consumption?(Does Japan have to deal with overbearing busybody parent groups? Because I know there was an episode of Medabots that lampooned those kind of people, but I wonder if they're just as common of a occurence over in Japan as they are in the US.)

The new scientist researcher guy/juran voice actor from zenkaiger will probably create the driver and gimmick clone for valen.

The intidating dude once played the Fire Captain in Zero-One ( Hiden vs. ZAIA Arc ) and Kenzo Suga is played by Shintaro Asanuma who voiced Dragonalos Chemy and Dragon Malgam in KR Gotchard and also voiced Juran in Zenkaiger.

I think the granute that kidnap hanto mother is his senior/boss. I think he is one of those granute that regret what he do and not eating dark snack anymore because some reason

I hope they explain that if they really target focus to experiment is the chocolate gotchizo for the base prototype form of Valen.....and why the chocolate variant......why not the gummi, why not the potato,why not the COOKIE GOTCHIZO

Full granute, let's say stomach family is royal granute so they are above the rest and some strong normal granute became agent because they were chosen
