A restaurant in which 2 professional chefs work hand in hand quietly and very professionally with passion and skill. Here the customers are already spoiled technically at a good level and with creativity and sent on a delicate journey. The service is also unagitated, warm and fast served and sskill technical explanations round off its profile. Highly recommended. And yes, women can cook too! Greetz ouf of Europe - Austria.

Much more my style. Looks like younger chefs are willing to take more risks in flavors. My favorite Japanese place would serve (cooked) salmon with a tomato-based sauce.
