I like to think Thanos dying was also part of his plan. Everyone thinks the singular outcome where Thanos died was the avengers overcoming the odds, but in reality it was the only outcome Kang would allow since he was able to kill both Tony and Thanos, and ultimately led to He Who Remains' death along with the Sacred Timeline which prevented him from being.

@@RobsSHiT apart from the fact that Odin made it his job to oversee the nine realms (aka the rest of the known universe) it would make sense for Thanos to be on his radar. But only if he went after the infinity stones. Plus Odin did at one point care about humanity considering he fought off the Jötnar when they invaded earth. Plus I think Odin in particular would've been a threat because compared to other gods he is much more powerful. So much so that Zeus would've most likely lost if he opposed him. That's the main thing when it comes to this theory. Odin was very powerful and could amass an army to rival Thanos' army. Ego, though alone, is a being that can't really be killed without knowing his weakness and his own plan to wipe out the universe potentially making him even more powerful. And considering that the Ancient One pulled energy from the dark dimension there's no telling what other power she had under her belt. I'm curious. Doctor Strange used the Time Stone to view a grand total of 14,000,605 possible outcomes of Thanos' plan; he claimed that just one of those outcomes led to the Avengers' defeat of the Mad Titan. Silly thought, but what if Kang purposely manipulated all those outcomes and forced the Avengers down that one outcome for his benefit? Even in the Loki series this was hinted by Ravonna Renslaye. Is it crazy to believe that Kang did all this to prevent his presence from being discovered so he can successfully conquer the 616? 🤔

I think He who remains clarified it in the last episode He ISOLATED our (616) timeline and made it into the sacred timeline overwatched by him and the TVA. In other timelines there are kangs conquering as well, but cannot get into our timeline (the sacred one) without getting pruned As long as He who Remains was there at least. Since we don’t know which time Loki was sent to, it could be he’s out of our sacred timeline right now !/ or the effect took already place and he came out the portal afterwards in our timeline which had already had a different Kang.

@@rileyribble6733 to be honest, it came to when I watched the vid above and thought about it, but by now it makes more and more sense ! Have to go back to Loki later to check how the timestreams come to be, but I think it’s like ours (616) was kept from all the other ones, hands why the plan of He who remains could work out, since it was “his universe” he created and watched over ! EDIT: I rewatched Loki now and in the first episode it’s shown like many timelines like fighting to be the only timeline. Then the TimeKeepers (Kangs robots) came and forged them into one, the sacred timeline. Then in the last episode which I believe to be true, He who remains said he ISOLATED our timeline FROM THE OTHER ONES, but it seems like that’s after his success with Alioth in the multiversial war. He just had to “manage the time flow and prune all branches”. Nothings said about he “limited” all other timelines from keep being. So it doesn’t actually say there are other ones out there, but why then use the word isolated ? means 616 in MCU was always inside of He who remains’ overlooked universe. It has to be like the option with different universe/timelines next to ours, since there were no other Kangs because of he who remains, not coming in from the outside of our universe nor the inside because of some branching of the timeline. (Except they bring in Immortus and Rama-Tut, then there should be many versions of Kangs alter Egos in each timeline, that shit is ridiculous complicated) Shits crazy, Loki S2 should clear that up, I’m very hyped to see if they say Loki is in another Timeline different from ours or if already everything in our timeline is affected by the death of HWR and Loki ist still in our timeline!

The movies leading up to that, from Iron Man 2 on, were all about Stark's plan to build a metaphorical suit of armor around the world, and the distinction between automated defenses and having a person in the suit. There are little bits and pieces of a big picture in nearly every movie (though especially the Iron Man and Captain America movies) from Iron Man 2 onward. My theory is that the number of Kangs go from infinite to 14,000,605 as the strongest (Dr. Strange in IW) and that He Who Remains is the victor based on allowing Tony Stark to die. HWR creates the TVA to ensure that always happens. Since HWR exists outside of time, once he dies in Loki S1, Ramona Renslayer had instructions to meet Kang the Conqueror (which I assume is the first Kang HWR met and they bonded) and give him what he needs to win the multiverse war. Kang the Conqueror is allowing the sacred timeline to go wild because now he knows that conquering alioth is the key, something that I assume HWR used to defeat Kang the Conqueror at the end of the war.

After all of these, I have a bad feeling that during Avengers: Secret Wars we won't get God Emperor Doom. Instead, it could be a variant of Kang who, just like Doom in the comics, absorbed the power of the Beyonders (we will probably see that at the end of Avengers 5), or Avengers 5 will end with Kang destroying the Multiverse.
@rileyribble67332 жыл бұрын
I think that’s fairly obvious at this point. Once they announced Secret Wars was gonna be late 2025/MAYBE early 2026 if they decide to push it back a couple slots, that we wouldn’t get God Emperor Doom. And as a massive Doom fanboy, as disappointing as that is, given SW IS happening so soon, I’m kinda glad from the standpoint of there would not AT ALL be enough time to properly flesh out Doom’s character. He’s gonna likely debut in BP2’s post credit, but after that it’s pretty unknown. Cuz I have a feeling that they’re not gonna use Doom in the first F4 movie (and I think that’s the smart move mind you, change it up from FOX). But there’s three things you have to consider if Doom was in Secret Wars in 2025. 1. You run the risk of Doom or Kang overshadowing each other which isn’t fair to either character. 2. Once you tell Secret Wars with Doom, how do you possibly go upwards from there? That should be Doom at his peak, not in his like third appearance lol. And 3. If they ended Doom’s MCU lifespan at just 3 years and killed him off in Secret Wars, I think a LOT of comic book lovers would be furious given the storytelling potential with him. Not just for the F4 and Secret Wars, but in Black Panther stories, a crossover with Dr. Strange (adaptation of Triumph and Torment perhaps?) Point being, it’d be a disservice to end his character that quickly just to have him there. If Secret Wars wasn’t till like 2032 then I’d feel like we may get God Emperor Doom. But knowing it’s so close, despite being a massive Doom fan, at this point I’d rather them just have it be Kang and then build the next saga after this around Doom as the big bad to deal with. This comment has gotten way too long at this point so I apologize lol, I’m very passionate about his character 😅

Very interesting theory. And I will add more to it, esp after re-watching the Season 1 finale of Loki. He Who Remains seen everything coming, so he expected both Loki's. But do you know when he couldnt see what was going to happen to him? I say that Sylvie was in on it. What it Evil Kang sent her? It makes sense to me that the only person who could effed up He Who Remains is an evil version of him, hence, sent Sylvie to go kill him. And it also makes more sense that He Who Remains stopped talking or explaining because he didnt know what was coming nextC hence, what decision Sylvie and Loki would make. Evil Kang knew this would happen, so he sent another Loki to do his bidding, while He Who Remains saw Loki chime in as well. But the minute he stopped and realized he knew nothing next tells me, at least, that another Kang variant played his game. Which is ironic, because both Sylvie and Loki thought this was a game. And speaking of Sylvie... Did you find it odd that she was determined to do it no matter what? He Who Remains knew he had little choice since both were coming, but he did have a plan. In fact he made sure to do whatever was necessary to still keep the timeline intact. When they arrived, Loki was offered external rewards, but Sylvie was offered happiness? Thats more internalized, and not something you waste time in order to gain a reward. I mean, put yourself in their shoes. You choose a reward that benefits you. One thats worthwhile. He Who Remains could of offered it, hence, he seen Loki's. But Sylvie's? Not so much. In fact revenge may have been the part not for her, but Evil Kang himself. It is an interesting theory and one that will make more sense. But I dont know. The more I think about Evil Kang sending Sylvie to kill He Who Remains the more it makes sense. Because if He Who Remains seen that coming he would of not taken that risk. Good stuff Rob!

I honestly love the theory but as “holepunching” is encouraged; do you guys not think that instead of being immensely calculated that Kang would be fun if some of it was off the cuff? In the same way that Immortus/HWR went “off script” before he died. Like he’s allowing some stuff because it’s part of the plan but what if he hasn’t figured out the end yet? I don’t know I just see Phases of Kang-Centric material before they switcheroo over to Doctor Doom.

Imagine Avengers: The Kang Dynasty starting off with an opening scene showing Sylvie running away and From Kang's forces who are chasing her. They capture her and begin to torture her onboard Kang's Sword ship. then Kang comes in telling his soldiers to stand down and that's when Sylvie responds by saying: "You?!! I killed you!!!" And Kang will say: "You killed one of my variants." Sylvie says: "what do you want?" And Kang says: "you'll find out soon enough. And I doubt the gods, and heroes of this Multiverse would try to stop me, let alone the Avengers."

Kang doesn’t want the Fantastic 4 to get lost in the time stream indefinitely, because he is a direct descendant of Reid Richards. If Reid Richards doesn’t make it back and raise a family then Kang will never be born.

I hope that we are going to get a She-Hulk & Deadpool team up. One breaks the 4th wall the other realizes that the other “sees/talks to us too”. Then they will both will spend 2-3 minutes attempting to explain the Kang Dynasty each in their own way and each think they are right and the other is wrong.

I have an xmen theory, I haven't seen discussed... the X Men are kings tools to conquer the multriverse. So, that being said, the "sacred timeline" is timeliness cultivated where the xmen were erased, or never happened. And, with that, not only do we get secret wars, but Avengers vs XMen as well
@KryyssTV2 жыл бұрын
It's with noting that the TVA timeline monitors didn't have a red line that corresponded with when new branches formed, as we can see them occour before that point, but rather based upon distance from the Sacred Timeline. Now, we know from both the TVA animation and what has been said about Incursions is that the timelines literally crash into each other. It's a physical event based upon some measure of distance. Now the word Sacred has many definitions but the primary one is "to be set aside, to be reserved for special purpose". So what this all suggests is that the multiverse always existed but that the MCU had been isolated from it until new timelines were created and reconnect it to the multiverse. And as Rob stated, with Kang being able to travel back through time in any reality of the multiverse all he needed to do to manipulate the MCU is wait for it to be reconnected.
@jtucker83692 жыл бұрын
Hey Rob. I like the theory but I wanted to add something. From what we have seen in comics and other media of Kang. He welcomes a fight and challenge. I think he will allow events to unfold so he can test himself against the best possible versions or best efforts the Avengers can produce. We have seen from What If and the multiverse in general there are more power versions of characters that exist. So the big 3 being out of commission could lead to even more power or effective heroes even the the MCU let alone other realities. I am excited either way. And I am loving the slow build up to Kang Dynasty.

Better theory is after Kang was release and took over the tva. He went back in time and convinced cap America to stay in the past, he taught or pushed the idea to Bruce how to tame the hulk, he put the idea in Wanda to go take over the town and lead her to the book and be corrupted, after end game he went to thor and put the idea in his head to leave with the guardians removing him from the landscape. But to just do nothing and everything works out impossible.

remember in loki they said "the avengers going back in time was so post to happen" meaning this theory is correct.
@amgj742 жыл бұрын
This all seems plausible given how Kang is the Big Bad of this phase, however, with the "anticipated" arrival of Dr. Doom, wouldn't he be a disruptor for Kang's plans negating all his work to neutralize the Avengers? Also, could you do a video explaining why some Variants are identical (Kang, Dr. Strange, Wanda, etc) and other are not? (Loki)

I have a theory for you. Guinan from star trek is another variant of kang. 1. stak trek was in marvel in the 80s. 2. Guinan loves to wear purple and green. 3. Guinan is in many time altering episodes. 4. Q even sugjested that Guinan is not her name. 5. Guinan is more combat ready than worf with a phaser. What if Guinan aka kang variant, went into an alternate universe (startrek universe) just b4 "he who remains" destoryed her universe. I think it fits.

To be honest, I was a bit concerned about the fact that this Saga is called "The Multiverse Saga" but the first Avengers movie is "The Kang Dynasty" but it's only one movie.....the very next one is "Secret Wars". My point is, how do you have Kang confined to One movie? Fox did that with Apocalypse and everyone *HATED IT* (with good reason, because it's stupid). But this theory adds dimensions and layers to Kang's involvement in the Multiverse Saga, which makes for better storytelling 🤔

They’ll probably sprinkle kang around different films before then, and he will be a major player in Ant Man, so hopefully it’ll flesh him out in time for the Avengers movie

@@beekai6273 Correct remember Kang is an immortal he'll come back if he wants to. He saw the end of time literally sat there and relaxed 😎 You gotta wrap your head around something like that.

Very valid theory..he makes Thanos aware of the stones ,knowing that in the sacred timeliness it eliminates the 616 big dogs ..hulk made soft..Steve gets old..loki goes the the tva and kills the Kang that can stop him,black panther dies,vision dies and puts Wanda on the path of madness and kills on a world wirh an illumati that couldpuld stop him ..Thanos even knew who Tony stark was ...this all makes the most sence

Nuff said but, there can be no absolutes in this world because there would no longer be any stories to tell. I love the telling of the stories. We have seen and now gone to Infinity and now ……..enter The Beyonder. That’s right Buzz!

I agree with a lot of this but you say that Kang's plan has already started. I think the thing to note is that we're getting multiple Kang's that will have similar, yet different, motivations. I don't think we should assume that there is a dominant Kang yet. Plus, Peyton Reed says we'll kind out a lot about the quantum realm and he also said it's not what we think it is.

Bruh really had a theory that amounted to "let the thing that was already going to happen...happen." Genius

I think Kang ends up fighting against himself and the young avengers. Probably will layout in a trippy way in comparison with the rest of the timeline, to indicate Iron Lads eventual transition, and reveal of the infinite Kang.

But seriously what a great way to introduce the mutants then to have Charles keeping them hidden until it is so bad with Kang that he open everyones eyes and with magneto leads them into war with Kang which causes battle world and Secret wars to unfold.

He Who Remains said even if Sylvie kills he will end up right back at the end of time. He basically admitted he is in a time loop. Technically he hasn't been born yet, and he is born so far into the future the heroes really don't have a way of knowing whether or not their actions or just the progression of humanity in general is going to give rise to He Who Remains/Kang. He'll inevitably discover multiversal time travel and discover his other variants and they will go to war again, and if the loop isn't broken by either The Avengers or Kang, He Who Remains will end up right back at the end of time again. Thanos said he was inevitable, but He Who Remains/Kang is TRULY the one who is inevitable.
@RELAXcowboy2 жыл бұрын
I hope we find out what He Who Remains plan was. Why did it seem like he WANTED Sylvie to kill him and release Kang? Why does it seem that way if he was the one who stopped the last Kang war? I have a feeling we are way more in the dark than we are being told.
