If the police at the scene allowed the tow truck to take the vehicle, then the police conspired with them and willfully engaged in a crime and engaged in dereliction of duty. The correct action for the police was to order the tow truck driver to disconnect the vehicle, IF Victoria's safety was a concern. The police and the prosecutor are using the warrant exception as a pretext to intentionally violate the law. The police were not performing their official duties, they were acting outside the law. Remember, NEVER agree with the judge. This judge is a joke. She needs to order the prosecution to produce the evidence, pursuant to a motion to compel. It was hilarious to see the clown judge hang her head down when Leonid brought up obstruction of justice. Clown show osler. Great job Leonid. LOL

Make sure your physical evidence is filed with the court within the correct time-frame before the trial date. You've done a great job so far. I'll bet the police secretly advised the tow company to make sure the drivers GTFO of town so they can't be called as hostile witnesses. Your inability to call them as witnesses is prejudicial to your case.
