I love that you encourage your audience to be in their power and to leave after the first red flag. I just wanna say that it can definitely be tricky for people who tend to be anxious. As someone who's been love-bombed and fell in a toxic situation, when I got into something healthy it got hard to trust my first mind. I would often perceive danger where there was none 😭.

Yo I’m not even 10 minutes in and I keep stopping and rewinding. You are saying a mouthful here! I had to write some of this down in my Notes. I had this happened to me recently and I’m shattered by it. A guy or “narcissist” I met went through tall 3 phases in a matter of a week. He showered me with affection and was saying “where have you been” for 2 days straight. Then the gaslighting happened and then he suddenly told me he was blocking me because he don’t deal with toxic drama. I was like HUH!!??!? What the hell he talking about? I didn’t even say anything. Lol but I cried for a week straight after and was seeking revenge. Because I’ve never had that to happen to me but you literally just summed it all up for me. Thank you.

💥My Virgo twin nailed it 8/24 🔥. Many women n men stick around waiting, for the person they met to come back, not knowing they’re a narcissist. You’re not insecure or stupid nor a expert at new situations. I never knew wht a narcissist was, til I was with one for a year. The mental abuse for the last 4 months, helped me to recognize red flags for a lifetime. The love bombing will have you make excuses for the first red flag. He told me he hasn’t been in a relationship longer than 2yrs, n he was 50yrs old. His family was on board to help me second guess. They would say, you the first one he has brought around, he must be in love, I never seen him like this, n so on. In my head I’m like okay maybe Thts not a red flag, he just haven’t met anyone like me 😂. I want to apologize to myself for not listening to myself. I also appreciate him for teaching me n showing me wht a narcissist is.

Least she's done/doing the work to learn from them - something not enough people do, which is why they be going around harming people like there ain't nothing to it. I'll be sharing this with my friends and look forward to seeing more of Elizabeth/Karrine or WTH she wants to call herself - mi na cyare! She still has style of pronunciation akin to Robin Givens.

@@AfroTapp She's been doing this kind of thing on the low since before this "rebrand". She had a women's support group she sponsored that promoted this very theme you see her presenting here. She clearly finds her calling important enough to reach a broader audience, but most of this audience knows her for something else. We’re all damaged but goods. Nah. People are not commodities. Besides a broken clock is right twice a day! Her advice is good if you need it. Nothing wrong at all in anything she says here. Nada. Relationships between Black men and women right now are terrible. The data speaks for itself. The marraige data; the childbearing and child rearing data; the mass incarceration; the hyper sexualization of Black children; the sexual trafficking and the transactional relationships; the sexual abuse and harassment; the gender fluidity ! the homicide rates for women - fourth leading cause of death for Black girls and women 14-44. Not trending upwards ya think. . What we attach to and how is critical in how we live our lives and what we can give to others who deserve our gifts. Our people do not love each other, do not know how to love each other neither how to give it or receive it. Troubling and troubled ! To get and do Better takes effort. Being truthful is the first step; getting facts is next and then the hard part : making different decisions. We owe it to ourselves and we owe it to our children. Self destruction and destroying others are not good decisions in my book. The mirror is always a good place to start!
