Im diagnosed bipolar 1 with psychotic features and I wish that youtube would show people these types of clips when I share my diagnosis with someone and they go home later that night and look up bipolar disorder or mania out of curiousity. Instead, what comes up when they do a quick search they get only hit with videos at kanyes absolute worst and obviously untreated moments in mania or even psychosis and they end up making the association between me and that kind of behavior. Some people will literally even tell me about it the next day or pull up whatever clip to show me because "I dont seem like kanye" as if thats not as outta pocket to say as the quotes theyre showing me to prove their point. And im supposed to be the "crazy" one here, yeah okay bro. My heart goes out to kanye because that shit is wack. It must be much worse for him given the fact that his manic episodes are nationally televised.
