Punching with large dumbbells is detrimental to form and will not add either power or speed and will only cause injuries. Much much lighter weights e.g. 2lbs. Good alternative would be the standing landmine press as used by top boxers.

I personally find the Athlean X programs to benefit martial art strength. The programs in Athlean X emphasizes on short, but intense and explosive workouts. This is something that will greatly carry over in martial arts. I am currently on the Athlean X-treme program and my goodness it is kicking my ass.

In the thumbnail, I saw a plank being done. Anyone who knows biomechanics, kinesiology, etc also knows planking is used for the much older crowd and in physical rehab as an exercise to help repair damage to shoulders and such. For people who are not injured and such, planking is pretty much useless as it builds a very slight amount of "strength" in on position and only one angle (it is static, not dynamic): laying on the ground on you forearms (which is only when you fall).
