பெயர் தெரியாது. ஆனா intuitively i have been making it like this. But i use good quantity of நல்லெண்ணெய். Also i keep mashing and adding curd for atleast half hour so that every grain is pregnant with curd.(கை மணம் !) தொட்டுக்க மாகாளி ஊறுகாய் pieces. Made in heaven ! Will try with ghee. Btw Rakesh inji milagai மட்டுமில்லை. அம்மா கையால சாப்பிட்டா அது தனி ருசி. God bless
