Poo's character was sympathetic for the audience because we saw the backstory. We saw her childhood, growing up in this poor area and being teased by other kids. People don't realise how much work goes into making a film regardless how good or bad it turns out to be and to say the least Kareena is the ONLY actress whose done an average of four films a year for an entire decade from 2000 to 2010 which means she has worked round the clock all year round without breaks and those days typical bollywood masala films ran for 3 or 3.5 hours long (remember ajnabee with akshay bipasha and bobby deol?) which would take a minimum of 4 months to shoot!! Everything said and done, /bebo deserves way more appreciation respect and recognition and people need to realise she's 40 don't brush off the seniority she's been doing this for 20years longer than most of these kids who are commenting have been alive!

But I agree Heroine, Talash,Omkara were good films and some more like Kurbaan she looked and acted well but the story was poor and the ending 1 hour was totally boring. But I think Jab We Met, Golmaal returns and Golmaal 3,Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham she striked a balance between looking decent and acting well. And hence they were hits

It was so heartening and refreshing to hear her speak about her life when she was shooting for JWM. Kudos to her for giving credit to Shahid for the role he played in making this movie . Had it not been for this interview , we wouldn’t know about it . We love your versatility and art. Moving beyond the dreadful Yaadein and main prem ki diwani hoon , there were chameli , Dev , Omkara and JWM that gave us amazing performances .

About time they had kareena on the show! Watching the scene in omkara gave me goosebumps and she killed it as mahi arora, it was sad that she didn’t get her due. The story of heroine might not have been up to scratch but kareena was amazing in it, the depression scenes were so painful to watch. Lovely to see her giving credit to shahid too for JWM

Heroine movie made me remember late legend Smita Patil and her master piece bhumica.. Just in brief I chose to live unknown life in USA after being judged by male dominated society and I take full responsibility for it. And one thing I must say u should include Chameli..cause Geet is a character with whom I personally relate so much n Chameli was a so innocent character that touched everyone's heart till date..Still now 'Bhage Re Maan' is in everybody's play list n this was so tough to portray someone who belongs to such a negative place with harsh reality but also didn't lose the innocence.. Neither anupama nor sucharita reviewed deepti bansal of good news...c was far far better dan alia in gully buoyy...both in comical n emotional parts.....plz watch it....c was electifying in mani ratnam's yuva as meera...though it was a small role....her performance as warrior princess kaurwaki is so underrated....d conversation between rahul bose n chameli is such a delight to watch...unforgettable..still no national award 4 chameli...biased jury....even poo deserved best actor in supporting role filmfare not jaya bachchan.....her testimony in front of a crowd n amitabh bachchan in dev...was just amazing.....her breakdown scene in climax of kurbaan where c is coming out of d train will haunt u n d most important snub.."sochne wali baat hai na saab ek larki gayab ho jati hai aur kisi ko koi parwah hi nahin"....c was heart n soul of taalash...c stole d show 4rm nawaz..aamir n rani..so effortlessly...marvellous
