There's a channel "J.F.K." on KZbin. He's got the best theory as to how it went down. Karen came onto Higgins. John confronted Higgins in the house. There was a fight, the dog attacked, John probably back and hit his head. It was a beef over a woman, and it got crazy. They dumped him in the snow, and intended to pin it on the plow driver, but then Karen showed up. Because they're stupid men, they rationalize framing Karen, because in their stupid tiny minds, it'll her fault anyway. I find this theory very plausible.

"Did you have anything to do with the death of John O'Keefe"? And I keep going back to a few things. 1. If Karen thought that anyone at that house had it in for John, WHY did she drive him there, drop him off, and leave? 2. SHE WAS DRIVING. She could have drove him back to his house. 3. If John did not come out from in back of her vehicle & walk to the house, WHERE did she think he was? 4. If she saw John walk to the house and/or go IN the house, why did she say she hit him?

@@dawnmills6755 Trooper Joe Paul (accident & reconstruction analyst) testified that Ms Read struck Officer O'Keefe with her Lexus SUV at #34, Fairview Rd at *12:45am* . Compare & contrast that with Trooper Nicholas Guarino (digital forensic analyst)'s testimony. Trooper Guarino examined the cell phone data of Ms Read and of Officer O'Keefe. He testified during direct examination that Ms Read's cell phone had connected with the Wi-Fi in Officer O'Keefe's home at #1, Meadows Ave at *12:36am* . During cross-examination, Trooper Guarino was asked, “... no one at 34, Fairview, including Jennifer McCabe, could have witnessed Karen Read outside that residence at 12:45am, correct?” Trooper G: “Er, no, I don’t believe so.” David Yannetti asked: “So you agree with me that no one, including Jennifer McCabe could have seen her at 34, Fairview.…” Trooper G: “As I said, she auto-connects to the Wi-Fi at 12:36. So, no. She wouldn’t have been there." Apart from that... Trooper Joe Paul also used the data from allegedly the wrong key cycle (each cycle identified by a number) to testify that Ms Read had deliberately struck Officer O'Keefe at 23-24mph going in reverse. Defense pointed out that the Trooper had testified that he had begun his vehicular examinations just two key cycles later, which meant that he had omitted to consider other "triggering events" in between; and that meant that the key cycle with the 23-24mph data of vehicle in reverse & data on steering wheel & gas pedal had happened when the Lexus was in police custody on Jan 29th, 2022 -- likely being loaded onto the flatbed tow-truck in Dighton and off loaded in Canton before it was then driven into the Canton PD sally port (where, iirc it was testimony from either Sgt Burhenik or Trooper Michael Proctor that it was driven out of the sally port and driven back in). Trooper Joe Paul first saw the Lexus on Feb 1, 2022 in the sally port. ETA: During direct examination of Trial Day 25, circa 3:54: 40 mark (Law & Crime video), the jury was shown a crime scene photo of the Lexus’ tail-light taken in the Canton PD sally port that the trooper had attached to his accident & reconstruction report. Note the size of the missing ‘piece’ in proportion to the rest of the tail-light. ....Sometime between Trial Day 21 & 24, Sgt. Burros of Dighton testified that he saw the Lexus' tail-light in the evening of Jan 29th at Ms. Read's parents' home. He testified that it was cracked, missing a piece and "not shattered". .... Now, go back to Trial Day 20 when Sgt Burhenik testified. During direct examination he was shown the 5:07am video footage of Ms Read leaving Officer O'Keefe's home on Jan 29th. This was when she struck Officer O'Keefe's parked Traverse. Defense has already admitted into evidence the slowed-down close-up footage of the Traverse's rear left wheel moving, indicating the two vehicles had made contact. ....Sgt Burhenik used a laser to indicate on the screened footage which the Prosecution showed the jury where the missing piece was gone from in the Lexus' right rear tail-light. (Refer circa 6:55:00 mark on the Law & Crime Day 20 video.) ....What do you think? Is it roughly the same size as the missing portion -- about half the amount of right rear tail-light -- in the sallyport footage? Or, waaay tinier, with big areas of red-tail light still left on either side of the missing piece? If the latter, where should the other missing bits *not* be? (Especially if the tail-light was not simple plastic but made of the stronger polycarbonate material.) Defense has been given the green light from the judge to call to the stand a retired ER doctor with much experience treating dog bite injuries and who has researched them and been published in that area. She believes that the injuries on Officer O'Keefe's right arm were suffered during an animal attack. Inflicted by a large dog. If anyone thinks a body bleeds after death, think again.

I don't care for this Judge she is biased. As for KR I don't know if she did it but her being charged like this bit it seems over the pail to me. I think KR is an emotional woman but I don't feel she is a life taker either.

A dog might've scratched him, but which dog and when? Aren't there other dogs in the neighborhood? A stray perhaps attacked him while laying in the snow after KR hit him?
