Karen Read's defense began its case with snow plow driver Brian Loughran, who said he did not see a body when he drove past the Alberts' home during the blizzard. Prosecutors say Read hit John O'Keefe with her car and left him to die on the lawn.

My husband plowed snow here in Michigan and I was with him 50% of the time and I can honestly say that the awareness of attention to detail as far as what is indirect line of sight is first and foremost.

The body was not in the snow since 2:00 am because the body temp of the deceased was 80 degrees when he got to the hospital soo he must have been placed there after the Plow driver got there I mean come on common sense if the deceased would have been dead when she supposedly hit him he would have been mummified and frozen I mean come on

That's not what the science says. It's 2° in the first hour and then 1° per hour after that until the body reaches ambient temperature. So if he was struck around midnight, at 1:00 a.m. his temperature would be 96°. He would then have approximately 16 hours to reach 80. Don't forget that snow has an insulating effect as well.

Also hideous was Okeefe's brother and the group near him laughing at the man after he left the stand. 2. Lebanon said on your panel that "The dog must have no bottom jaw". Well he must have no EARS because the expert witness pointed out the " punctate abrasions" on two of the patterns and said TWICE AT LEAST that they indicated the lower teeth of the dog .
