Read will get extra jail time for agreeing to go along with the Abysmal made up story that she & Jackson put out to the media. It's for this reason of blaming others & Lots of others that the prosecutor chose to put the cart before the horse. You kids should Understand that it's the Job of a defence lawyer to accuse other people for the purpose of trying to save their client from the gallows. The first thing Read said when she called Kerry Roberts was, that John was dead. She was the only one who knew a body was at that side part of the yard, under 4 - 6 inches of snow. Because of the child lock for the back doors, when she screamed that she saw him, she couldn’t get out & Jen & Kerry had Time to look around & saw Nothing. Who else but a vicious Nutter would be soo fn Angry that her exit door was locked & so she was Kicking it due to her quick fire Temper, like the Thing that she obviously Is. More than one first responder at the scene heard Read say she hit him. After the ambulance had taken John to hospital, Read kept saying that she wanted to kill herself, which is also an admission of guilt, due to remorse. Another ambulance had to be called & she was taken to the hospital for an assessment. Since then, she has told various versions including for a TV interview, because she can't remember her Lies. Her parents also did a TV interview way back & her father stated that she told them that she hit something, as-in, when she left the Albert’s house. FYI - the CCTV at John's house shows that she reversed her vehicle all the way back for no other reason than to deliberately bang into the back of John's car for the purpose of trying to cover up when & where the tail light cover on her car was broken. That footage shows that she pressed a button on the console which was to disable the brake assist. You should know that the model of that ten ton Truck had a reversing camera & screen & so, a Sensor. No doubt she went over to the Albert's house at that time in the morning to see if any pieces there but it had snowed too much by then. Aww. At the beginning, Yanetti stated on the court house steps that it was an accident & she didn't mean to hit him. Then a performing clown was paid to accuse the cops of Her dirty deed & now people like you believe that every person in town who had a pulse is a liar. I pity you.

@@BoxerClover Multiple Sclerosis results in heightened Lactate dehydrogenase readings. The LDH reading was what the phlebotomist relied upon in his testimony, and what the lab tech relied upon in order to perform the two calculations which converted that reading to a BAC reading. Since the machinery used to test the sample has no way to correct for the impact of Multiple Sclerosis on an LDH reading, the results are simply not valid as a means with which to calculate BAC. Another issue with using the LDH reading, rather than simply sending a whole blood sample for proper analysis of BAC, is that LDH is highly influenced by exercise and stress/anxiety, and by all accounts Karen Read was EXTREMELY stressed on that morning and had been running around in a highly anxious state, even helping to provide CPR. So, once again, her LDH levels would have been heightened by those stressors. Unfortunately, the BAC conversion that you are referencing to say that she was "proven" to be intoxicated, is utterly worthless for that purpose. It doesn't actually show what you think it shows. It is not a measure of her blood alcohol level, but rather her PRESUMED blood alcohol level based solely on her LDH level when her blood was drawn. I expect that the defence will bring in experts to testify to this, and possibly even call her own doctor to talk about her LDH baseline, which when combined with the testimony of every single witness who saw Karen that night (all of whom have claimed that she did not appear to be intoxicated), will provide more than enough reasonable doubt about her being over the legal limit to drive. ...And that's before we even get to the question of when her last drink was: was it at the bar, or was it after she got home? Thus far, the prosecution haven't even proven that she was drinking alcohol: only that it was a clear liquid, and that she still had her drink from the first bar when she arrived at the second. They display injuries below the neck as well as head injuries: rib fractures/pneumothorax -, Fractures to the hips/legs/ankles. They also display grazing and bruising to the skin. John had been punched in the face and he fell back onto a counter top or fireplace - causing a gash to the back of the head. I wonder if John was using his right arm to defend himself against someone with a blade

John's injuries are obviously not from a vehicle. But they aren't typical injuries from a fight either. The forensic photos of that property in Canton, MA of 34 Fairview are not as informative as the ones on Zillow. The police never give a good view of the gate to the backyard, which is to the immediate right of the garage and the driveway. There is an inground pool in that corner of the backyard behind the gate. Lots of concrete. There is no front sidewalk. There was an F-150 behind Karen, so she dropped John off at the bottom of the drive, so he could walk up the drive. While she was pulling forward to make room for Ryan Nagle in the F-150 vehicle, which didn't arrive until 12:23 am, I think John walked up that drive and veered right to sneak in that backyard to pee before entering the party. It was very close in time to when the Alberts said the dog was let out. Nicole Albert said she crossed paths with Colin in the foyer at 12:15 am. Brian Albert said he used the restroom as soon as he got home (with Nicole at 12:15 am) and then went upstairs to get the dog. That sounds like the dog wasn't let out until about 12:20 am. John would have reached the end of the driveway before 12:23 am. I think the dog grabbed John's right arm and caused him to fall backwards on his skull on the concrete pool surround. I think John was able to get up but fell again on his face and hand. If police had searched the area behind the gate, I believe they would have found broken bar glass. I think John was already dead when his body was discovered two hours later, and I think someone found his phone and carried it upstairs while they tried to figure out what to do. At that point, the dog had no prior bite history that was known to the Alberts. Someone in that family is a serious dog lover. They went to the trouble of adopting a rescue from Texas. It wasn't until June of 2022 that the dog injured some people and another dog and was "rehomed" to Vermont. I suspect someone in Texas covered up a bite history to expedite an adoption out of state. Because of liability associated with the dog attacking John, I think the Alberts decided to stage his body as a snowplow accident. That may have been successful if Karen hadn't been a histrionic personality who noticed her broken taillight shortly before finding his body and irrationally connecting the two things. You don't even have to hit anything to crack a taillight. It can crack from a projectile in the same way that a windshield does. If she hadn't been hysterical and screaming that she hit him, she may not have been charged. It didn't help that she acknowledged being so drunk she didn't recall anything after the bar. Personally, I find her behavior suspicious that morning. It's possible that Karen found his body in that location when she was out driving before she called Kerrie Roberts. I think she feared she hit him and wanted others with her when she "found" the body. I don't think she was as drunk as the prosecution claimed from their extrapolation of plasma NADH levels. MS patients have 2.8 x increased lactic acid levels that render that extrapolation invalid. Karen Read is not a likeable person. But she isn't guilty of second-degree homicide or manslaughter. The plow driver has no reason to lie about seeing a Ford Edge parked in front of the flagpole at 3:30 am. A Ford Edge is Brian Albert's work vehicle. Brian Higgins probably destroyed his phone to cover up unrelated criminal activity. The prosecutor is a moron. He claims that John's body was found on grass when the pictures show the body was on packed snow. He said that the last time he checked, dogs have both top and bottom teeth. The teeth marks get joined by pulling and their bite marks look like a slash. Police know how to sample evidence, with no documentation of how it was done, so that the DNA comes back negative. They did not sample John's wounds at all for dog DNA, just his contaminated shirt. Absence of evidence is not evidence of absence.

If Higgins clipped him with the plow, why was O’Keefe on the ground in the first place? Did Read hit him and just drive away? If she hit him did it cause cardiac arrest and he collapsed then cause hypothermia because he couldn’t get up? Or did hypothermia occur first then cause cardiac arrest? How long could a man O’Keefe’s age and medical condition survive the cold weather temperature not properly dressed for the winter and in a state of hypothermia because that can determine time he ended up on the lawn. That would give you a better idea if what happened occurred at 12:30am or at a later time. Things that bother me about Read are: boyfriend is dropped off supposedly 12:30 am and I assumed he will visit Alberts for about 1 hr before leaving probably around 1:30am. Why if your boyfriend is only missing about 3 1/2 hrs by 5:00am would you call a friend who wasn’t even at the Waterfall to ask about John makes no sense. Then calling Jen and saying “John is dead”, or “maybe he was hit by a plow” makes no sense when he has only been missing for about 3 1/2 hrs. Why would you assume he was dead or hit by a plow just because he was late a couple of hours? Her alcohol blood tests showed at 9:00 am on 01/29/24 she was still drunk and if she did not drink more when she got home then that meant she was 2X over alcohol limit night before. Another question was how was she expecting John to get home?

I appreciate all those watching this trial from overseas. It deserves ALL the attention because this travesty happens in every corner of the world. Any one of us can find ourselves in Karen's predicament at the drop of a dime, and most are unable to successfully defend them/ourselves because it's costly. Let Karen Read go... so she could sue all of them including the judge for bias.

Just realized something. BH left BA's home in the middle of a snowstorm with a jeep equipped with a plow and headed to the police station to exchange the jeep for a vehicle that didn't have a plow. Wouldn't it be more logical to keep the jeep with the plow on it during a snowstorm? BH'S story has so many holes.

@@RichGagliardiI am referring to what he said that everyone on the stand said she was, they didn’t, that’s incorrect. The BAC is report is unreliable and the hospital blood draw also has its own issues, my friend is a phlebotomist. Seems like lots of adults were driving intoxicated that day/night. Even if she did hit him, I don’t believe the CW has proved the charge of murder as they haven’t proved intent at all.

Been saying that since day 1. Maybe, this is morbid, but MA has had plow driver hit n runs before. If there's a way to get autopsy pics of how they look bcuz he could of gotten hit by karen, but hed not have died from it. Unless he fell, she hit him, couldn't see him, (if no camera back up) and the hit made him fall into hydrant. No broken anything but his poor face. Two diff hits by 2 diff vehicles. I dont know why anyone from house would want to hurt John. The kids, or Higgins or anyone else. But it was not that dark, its always brite when it snows so ???? Thats all i have right now.
