You are sooo perfectly balanced as a boss! I have had a few different bosses in the interior design field that were both extremes! One would completely helicopters with everything we did - no trust and made us feel like kids. The other rarely stepped foot in the shop and never taught us her processes or style. Hi Lala! Thanks so much for your feedback, I'm so happy to hear that you're like the "day in the life" videos... it's actually one of my favorite types to make so I love hearing that you like them!! Typically staff stays about 2 - 4 years. I'm working a lot on company culture right now because it's actually really difficult to deal with staff turn-over. It impacts my business a lot and it really slows us down when we're constantly training. It's a work in progress but the more we focus on culture, the more it seems to be impacting my business in a really positive way. I will keep you posted on how it goes! My Office is super tiny. It's only about 500 SQFT downtown Vancouver and there are about 8 people that work as part of my team. I'm looking for new office space right now!! Thanks for watching :)
